Imagine this: 15 teams from all over Ukraine, a hundred young talents aged 14-17, and 48 hours of work on innovative solutions. And all of this happened in Vinnytsia, where the first Ukrainian hackathon for intellectual capital development, the 100 IT Hackathon, took place.

This event brought together participants, mentors, partners, and organizers around an ambitious goal: to develop educational solutions that will help the country recover and develop.

The event's partners, including members of the Vinnytsia IT Association UKRSIBBANK BNB Paribas Group, SIGMA Software, R&D Center WINSTARS.AI, Lampa Dev, and Convent IT, helped make this hackathon inspiring and effective.

The participants presented their prototypes to an expert committee consisting of representatives of the Vinnytsia IT Association, KNESS, UKRSIBBANK, and other organizations.

The participants' solutions were evaluated by an expert jury consisting of:

Ivan Vekirchyk, co-founder of the KNESS group of companies,

Daria Nyshporska, executive director of the technological association of Central Ukraine - Vinnytsia IT Association,

Oleksandr Kaleniuk, head of the Business Center of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of Podilsky RD UKRSIBBANK,

Andriy Stakhov, head of the Vinnytsia Investment Club,

Yuriy Klymenko, head of the Vinnytsia Automation and Instrumentation Cluster,

Andriy Kavunets, deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration for digital

Mariana Tataryn is an expert on digital transformation and financial strategies, a certified public accountant (CPA), a consultant on ERP solutions and automation in the US public sector, and an advisor to the IT Association of Vinnytsia.

Each of you can contribute to the creation of Ukraine's intellectual capital. How exactly? The answer is simple: support those who program our future today.

We sincerely thank our community members, UKRSIBBANK, BNP Paribas Group, Sigma Software, University R&D Center, Winstars.AI, Covent_IT, and LAMPA—Comfy Software Development, for mentoring the teams and helping to implement this project!

Also, to Olga Solvar (expert mentor in brand presentation) for making the pitches of our young entrepreneurs compelling, even with such limited preparation time, to perceive them and develop the discussion with sincere business interest.
