Innovation Day 2026 kicked off with a behind-the-scenes look at local businesses.
The first day of the event was dedicated to Industry Challenges — visits to businesses in Vinnytsia, where participants had the opportunity to see how different production facilities operate, learn about their processes and challenges, and hear directly from the teams about their hands-on experience.
We visited several companies, each with its own area of expertise and development journey:
Vinnytsia Food & Flavor Factory — a manufacturer of more than 50 types of canned products.
ARPAL — a Ukrainian manufacturer of woodworking equipment, with its products available in 25 countries worldwide.
Participants also visited an industrial park that brings together businesses, production and logistics facilities, and opportunities for business development.
We’re grateful to all three companies for their hospitality, openness to dialogue, and the opportunity to see their work from the inside. Meetings like these help us better understand the real needs of businesses and identify where technology and innovation can deliver practical results.
The first day set the tone for the entire event: less theory, more real-world experience, questions, and conversations about what matters to businesses today.
