IT market of Vinnytsia for young talents

📝 As part of the cooperation with Vinnytsia Higher Secondary School, on April 16, the IT Association held a meeting with masters of the OP "Information Technologies in Business" of VTEI DTEU.




Together with the executive director Daria Nyshporska, they talked about the main challenges of the Ukrainian IT business in the state of war, the most popular professions and technologies at the moment, why outsourced companies dominate the market and how to start communication with employer companies.


"The fact that some of the present students already have a job in their specialty confirms that the IT market of Vinnytsia is still open to young talents. Observing the information field and the global context in which our IT is transforming is an important factor for starting a successful career. because currently one of the main requirements for personnel is multitasking and comprehensive development," comments Daria.


🔈 Svitlana Yaremko, Ph.D. technical of Sciences, Associate Professor, Department of of economic cybernetics and information systems of VTEI DTEU adds: "The opportunity for students of higher education to acquire practical knowledge, create projects and participate in master classes, trainings involving leading practitioners from IT companies during their studies at the ZVO is the basis for professional development of future specialists in the field of automation of business process management of companies".
