According to the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI "On the Protection of Personal Data," this privacy policy applies to the personal data of members of our Association, business partners, other persons who contact us and visit us, as well as their representatives, potential employees, trainees, partners or persons attending events organized by the Vinnytsia IT Association or with its participation. It applies to data collected through our website and to all other personal data that we collect through e-mail or other offline contacts or in the context of events organized by or with the participation of the Association of Vinnytsia.

What personal information do we collect about you?

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which this data protection policy collects it. We may retain some information longer if required to comply with other legal requirements. We keep member/customer information for 12 months after the member/customer no longer has a valid, ongoing relationship with us.



The Vinnytsia IT Association is released from the obligation to comply with the Privacy Policy regarding the consumer's Personal Data if the consumer independently publicly discloses personal data.


The Vinnytsia IT Association has the right to distribute the consumer's personal data if the information obtained from the personal data is socially necessary, i.e., a matter of public interest, and the public's right to know such information outweighs the potential harm from its dissemination.


IT Association of Vinnytsia does not transfer personal data to third parties except when such transfer is required by law, at the request of the subject of personal data, or in other cases outlined in this Privacy Policy. The IT Association of Vinnytsia takes all possible measures to protect users' personal information voluntarily and knowingly transferred by the latter to the Company.

  • receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except for the cases stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data") information on the processing and use of your data;

  • submit a reasoned claim to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of your data;

  • file complaints about the processing of your data by the owner or administrator of personal data to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or the court;

  • apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;

  • withdraw consent to the processing of your data.
