Four locations were organized in Vinnytsia for vaccinations of industry workers. The companies Onseo, Epam, Exadel, and LetyShops had to convert their offices into medical points quickly.

Oksana Pryschak, HR of Onseo, tells how the largest vaccination point worked:

“To organize the workplace, we allocated a rest area on the first floor. At the entrance, people signed consent forms for the procedure, and then those who had just been vaccinated rested in the kitchen. At the end of the room, we placed two tables with doctors, and nurturing during this time, we became very friendly with one of the mobile teams.

There were also some unusual incidents,” says Ms. Oksana, “for example, several people had high blood pressure or felt dizzy before the vaccination, and one girl even lost consciousness. I want to note that those who did not have breakfast in the morning or were very worried had such consequences. I advise you to eat well before vaccination and talk to those with immunization experience to ensure everything will be fine!

“Our campaign took place in three waves - 600 vaccines each. Two teams of doctors worked with us: Lityn and Tomashpil. The most difficult thing was to coordinate the lists of those wishing to be vaccinated with the companies because when someone could not come at the specified time, they were replaced by another employee (it should also be mentioned here that it is not allowed to leave extra vaccines), so we had to adjust the data every time,” shares Dariia Nyshporska, coordinator of the vaccination campaign of IT specialists in Vinnytsia. “Another challenge was the unexpected announcement of the death of a vaccinated Vinnytsia resident, which completely coincided in time with the conduct of our campaign. And although the autopsy showed that the cause of death was in no way related to the vaccination, some of our colleagues were seriously concerned about this news.”

Fortunately, the Association received no information about serious side effects in those vaccinated. Only a tiny percentage reported pain aor fever t the injection site  After all, such symptoms are typical for any vaccine. The Vinnytsia IT Association is waiting for the turn of revaccinations, which usuallyfrom on the 21-21st to 28thy after the first dose.
