In the summer of 2021, the Vinnytsia IT Association organized the largest corporate vaccination campaign in the region: 4 vaccination points, 3 vaccination waves, 2 mobile medical teams, and coordination with the Ministry of Health and Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.

How the community organized vaccination
Four vaccination sites were organized in Vinnytsia for industry workers. The companies participating in the Association had to quickly convert their offices into medical points.
Summer 2021. Ukraine is returning to business activity after the first wave of Covid, with a period of vacations and international business trips ahead. The issue of vaccination of IT professionals has become strategic for the entire industry.
With the assistance of the Ministry of Health and Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, the Association provided a double dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine for over 2,000 IT professionals in Vinnytsia and their families.
How it was from the inside
Two key figures in the campaign — the coordinator from the Association and the HRD of the company where the largest vaccination point operated.
"To organize the workplace, we allocated a rest area on the first floor. At the entrance, people signed consents for the procedure, then those who had just been vaccinated rested in the kitchen, and at the end of the room we placed two tables with doctors and nurses. Honestly, during this time we became very friendly with one of the mobile teams..."

"Our campaign took place in three waves — 600 vaccines each. Two teams of doctors worked with us: from Lityn and Tomaszpils. The most difficult thing was to coordinate the lists of those willing to be vaccinated with the companies — when someone couldn't come, they were replaced by another employee, because it's not allowed to leave extra vaccines."
