The Vinnytsia IT Association visited the Vinnytsia Technical Vocational College, where they talked with students of the Computer Engineering specialty.

We talked about how to shape yourself even before your first job - about English, without which it is difficult to move on, about how even volunteering or educational projects can already tell an employer something, that LinkedIn is worth having even before looking for vacancies, and that a resume is not about a template, but about understanding who you are and how you can be useful.

And, importantly, about the right attitude: not “ready for anything,” but “I understand where I can be useful.”

Most often, students lack not theory, but live contact with those who already work in the industry. That is why such meetings are important.

We thank VTFK for the partnership. We continue to work to make IT education in Vinnytsia stronger, more modern, and closer to the real market.
