HR Club on PDP/PIP

The HR Club recently held a meeting on PDP/PIP and challenging team scenarios, featuring Alina Nizinkovska, Head of HR at Bintime, as the speaker.

The meeting was free of templates and “right answers.” We discussed PDP and PIP, which in real life often look very different from how they’re presented in slides. Where they truly help teams grow, and where they become a formality—and why that happens.
