How can you tell if a team is truly working effectively? That was the topic of discussion at a recent IT Club meeting.
The event’s speaker was Lucas Laroz, Regional Delivery Lead at Viseven. He shared his practical experience in building delivery processes and explained how to measure team effectiveness, identify risks early on, and make decisions based on data rather than assumptions.
During the meeting, participants discussed:
