LAMPA, a member company of the IT Association of Vinnytsia, has launched LAMPA Academy

LAMPA Academy is an internal educational initiative to train future backend developers.

The training program combines practical assignments, mentoring, and direct interaction with the company's specialists. Participants will learn JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, database and API management, testing, Docker, and deployment. They will also develop teamwork skills and prepare for entering the job market.

At the same time, the academy's goals go beyond learning individual technologies. The initiative aims to introduce participants to how product teams work, software development approaches, and the process of solving real-world engineering challenges.

Projects like this encourage knowledge sharing between experienced professionals and beginners, foster an engineering culture, and help develop a new generation of IT specialists.

The first group has already started training.
