How can you tell when your team’s processes are starting to work against you?
When simple decisions take too long, communication becomes difficult, and the team spends its resources not on development but on “putting out fires.”
This was the topic of discussion at the IT VN Club event “Lean—Secrets of Optimization and Flexibility for IT Projects” 🙌
Together with Tetiana Avramenko, Lead Project Manager at Viseven Group, participants explored:
• how Lean approaches work in real IT teams
• how to reduce chaos in processes
• why efficiency isn’t about “doing more,” but about properly organized work
• how teams can adapt to changes without compromising quality
It was particularly valuable to hear practical case studies and experiences of implementing Lean in projects where changes need to be implemented quickly without compromising teamwork stability.
