Yesterday, we held the RM Club's regular meeting, and we are sincerely grateful to everyone who attended!
Our speaker was Olga Kovtun, an experienced Project Manager at EPAM Systems. She shared her insights on projects of various sizes and explained how RAID log helps PMs keep the project under control. Olga explained when and how best to use this tool to manage the project's risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies as efficiently as possible.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss real-life cases, and improve their project management skills.
