The IT community of Vinnytsia at a strategic session of the Ministry of Digital Transformation: an open dialogue that drives the industry forward.

The Vinnytsia IT Association joined a strategic session organized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The event brought together regional IT clusters and key market representatives to discuss what is currently having the greatest impact on the development of the industry.

Among the most pressing topics were:

▪️ the need for clear and understandable rules for IT businesses;

▪️ gaps in specialist training and the quality of education;

▪️ systematic investment in startups and innovation.

It is valuable that the community is not just expressing its position — it is being heard, involved in discussions, and included in decision-making. This is how changes are born that will have a real effect on the whole country.
