🌍 Ukrainian businesses are looking for new partners, and young professionals are looking to take their first step in an international trade career.

Step In Export is an accelerator program from Diya.Business and the Ukraine Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) that prepares graduates for work in foreign economic activity. Over three months, participants learned how to research markets, find customers, build strategies, and work with marketing, logistics, and product certification.

The program will conclude in September:

📌 August 29, Kyiv — offline presentations of export plans by graduates.

📌 September 10, online — Export Talent Match, a job fair in a speed networking format.

What businesses will get:

✅ 5–7 short meetings with relevant candidates;

✅ exchange of contacts and the opportunity to invite the best candidates for an interview;

✅ Talent Book of all program participants.
