Vinnytsia at Tech 360: Regional Strategies in the National IT Context

The Tech 360 Forum, organized by the IT Ukraine Association, served as a platform for discussing the priorities of Ukraine’s digital ecosystem: from the development of the defense sector and investments to the replacement of hostile software. Particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of ideas through partnership mechanisms.
During a side event, Daria Nyshporka, CEO of IT VN, presented Vinnytsia’s experience as an active regional IT community.
Key areas and implemented cases:
🔹 “Living Memory of Vinnytsia” is an online memorial and digital platform dedicated to honoring the fallen defenders of Ukraine
🔹 Veterans in IT — transforming the training and integration of veterans into the standard work process.
🔹 Systemic Approach in Numbers — industry research confirms that 10–15% of local IT companies’ monthly revenue is systematically allocated to donations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and social initiatives.
The event format confirmed that the greatest value lies not only in panel discussions but also in direct communication among participants. It is in this environment that agreements are formed that translate into practical action.
Participation in such events enables alignment of regional experience with the national development trajectory and the scaling of successful social initiatives in the IT sector at a systemic level.
