Vinnytsia IT Association joined a meeting of IT industry representatives with the leadership of the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine

On September 4, representatives of Ukraine’s IT industry met with Deputy Ministers of Economy and Environment Vitalii Kindrativ and Oleksandr Tsybort.

The meeting focused on the most critical issues for businesses, the Government’s current economic priorities, and support programs for the private sector.

Key topics discussed included:

✅ drivers of economic growth and support instruments for the services and IT sectors in the draft state budget;

✅ critical macroeconomic risks to economic recovery;

✅ retaining critical personnel in technology industries and the criteria for determining critical status;

✅ war-related risks and business recovery, including war risk insurance mechanisms and compensation for the costs of restoring damaged businesses;

✅ prospects for the “Made in Ukraine” program in 2027;

✅ IT and technology exports and new instruments to stimulate exports.
