Vinnytsia's living memory: an online memorial preserving the stories of community heroes

“Living Memory of Vinnytsia” is an online memorial with more than 1000 stories of our Heroes and Heroines - Vinnytsia residents who gave their lives for Ukraine. Their voices, views, and memories are preserved here - a bridge between the past and the future that is important to preserve.


The presentation took place on July 14, the third anniversary of the terrorist attack in Vinnytsia that claimed 29 lives.


It is worth noting that the Vinnytsia City Council plans to integrate the Living Memory into steles with QR codes at the community's cemeteries.


We thank the Vinnytsia Council of Families of the Fallen Defenders of Ukraine, the NGO “Family Unbreakable”, the Department of Social Policy of Vinnytsia City Council, and the IT teams of INTITA and ElifTech.
