# ABOUT THE PROJECT
A market access platform for technology companies
Tech Synergy Trade House is a joint trading entity established by the Tech Synergy alliance of technology clusters and communities, comprising over 20 Ukrainian technology clusters and communities.
The concept emerged during a strategic session held by the clusters in December 2025. We gathered the shared needs of the member companies and asked a simple question: what can we—as technology clusters and communities—achieve better together than individually?
The answer is collective, professional market access. The Trade House transforms the fragmented and often chaotic efforts of technology companies to find clients into a structured, standardized, and effective process.
# THE PROBLEM WE ARE SOLVING
High expertise, yet limited market access...
Ukrainian technology companies possess high levels of expertise but face limited market access. Participation in trade shows, business missions, and conferences often occurs without adequate preparation or clear positioning, leading to poor outcomes. There is currently a lack of established services that provide systematic support for companies entering new markets.

Two end-to-end service packages
The project will develop and pilot the following tracks for members of clusters and associations:
Domestic Market
Domestic Client Acquisition Service
Client acquisition within the Ukrainian domestic market. The focus is on selling IT solutions to real-sector businesses undergoing digital transformation.
Export
Export Market Access Service
Market entry and integration into global supply chains, particularly through participation in key international trade shows such as ReBuild Ukraine.

Business mission to ReBuild Ukraine 2026 (Warsaw).
January 2027
Tech Synergy meeting in Kyiv: presentation of best practices to other business associations;
All-Ukrainian Digitalizers' Forum.
The project is being implemented by the Tech Synergy Alliance of Technology Clusters and Communities.
The project coordinator is the Kharkiv IT Cluster.
Project duration: July 2026 – February 2027.
The "Tech Synergy Trade House: Market Access Platform for Technology Companies" project is being implemented by the "Kharkiv IT Cluster" Public Union on behalf of the Tech Synergy Alliance of Technology Clusters and Communities, with the assistance of UNDP in Ukraine under the "Strengthening Member-Based Business Associations of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Ukraine" project, which is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and with the support of Switzerland.
