Tech Synergy Trade House Joins ReBuild Ukraine 2026 with a Delegation from Kharkiv IT Cluster

On November 12–13, ReBuild Ukraine 2026, an international exhibition and conference dedicated to Ukraine's recovery, will take place in Warsaw.

Tech Synergy Trade House is joining the delegation organized by Kharkiv IT Cluster. Participation in ReBuild Ukraine will serve as the first practical test of the Export Market Access Service, offered by Tech Synergy Trade House to help Ukrainian technology companies enter international markets.

The Tech Synergy Trade House team will help companies prepare for meetings, establish connections with potential clients, and continue communication after the exhibition.

Ukrainian IT and technology companies are invited to join the delegation. Special participation terms are available to members of the Kharkiv IT Cluster, the Tech Synergy Alliance clusters, and the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance.

What is ReBuild Ukraine?

ReBuild Ukraine is the largest international exhibition and conference dedicated to Ukraine's reconstruction. It brings together more than 6,000 participants from 51 countries, including investors, government and community representatives, international funds, construction companies, and businesses.

For technology companies, participating in the exhibition offers an opportunity to gain early access to market needs and tenders, establish partnerships for R&D and innovation pilot projects, and connect with key market players.

The role of Tech Synergy Trade House at ReBuild Ukraine 2026

Participation in ReBuild Ukraine 2026 will serve as the pilot stage for the Export Market Access Service, one of two services provided by Tech Synergy Trade House. Its purpose is to support technology companies throughout their international market entry journey, from preparation to follow-up with potential clients.

The service covers three stages:

1. Company preparation

Identifying target markets, preparing company profiles, and developing presentations of their solutions for international audiences.

2. Partner search and B2B meetings

Identifying potentially relevant clients and partners, preparing for meetings, and establishing business connections during the exhibition.

3. Follow-up and contact management

Communicating after meetings, following up on agreements, and supporting further negotiations.

During ReBuild Ukraine, the Trade House team will test these approaches in working with companies and evaluate the results. The experience gained will help improve the service and prepare it for further use in supporting Ukrainian technology companies as they enter international markets.

Experience from the previous delegation

In 2025, Kharkiv IT Cluster brought together a delegation of 55 representatives from 17 companies to participate in ReBuild Ukraine. Over two days, participants held 750 business meetings and established more than 100 new contacts.

This experience demonstrated that participating as a group enables companies to engage more actively with the international business community. Within Tech Synergy Trade House, this approach is complemented by structured preparation for meetings and follow-up with potential clients.

Tech Synergy Trade House is a joint Trade House established by the Tech Synergy Alliance of Technology Clusters and Communities, which brings together more than 20 technology clusters and communities across Ukraine.
