On January 15, the Vinnytsia IT Association joined FORUM IT ENGINEERING 2026 — an event for computer engineering students and graduates who are already building their careers in tech.

The Head of the Vinnytsia IT Association Dariia Nyshporska, together with industry representatives

Roman Sharabura (EPAM Systems),

Yurii Poudanien (Android Team Lead, ONSEO),

Mykhailo Koval (Architect, ElifTech),

Andrii Khaulin (Front-end Developer, me.develop studio),

and Ivan Kosakovskyi (PM, Head of Fire Safety Systems Development, TIRAS),

shared hands-on experience and answered students’ questions openly — without abstractions or polished clichés.

A dedicated session focused on students’ reflections on Hack 4 Impact, a hackathon organized by IT VN in partnership with RadarTech. It clearly showed how first team projects, mentoring, and working on real challenges shape a more conscious understanding of the profession while still in education.

These meetings are about building a bridge between education and industry. And this is where a thoughtful entry into the profession begins.
