Education is a long-term investment in the community.
The IT industry's human resource begins not in companies, but in schools and universities. Therefore, the Association works at all levels of the educational chain - from basic school to retraining of adult specialists.
We believe that a strong IT industry in Vinnytsia is, first of all, a strong educational ecosystem. Therefore, the Association does not wait for universities to prepare the necessary specialists themselves, but actively participates in the process: reviews educational programs, holds Open Days, organizes hackathons, and sponsors robotics for schoolchildren in the region.
Each of our 5 educational projects covers its target audience - schoolchildren, college students, applicants, switchers, and relocated specialists. Together, this forms a full training cycle for technology companies in the city.

HACK4IMPACT
Hackathon: technologies for tourism in Vinnytsia
3 days of teamwork, 48 hours for MVP development, real challenges from the city: interactive parking map, smart animal feeders, event aggregator.

Since 2018, the Association has been involved in reviewing educational programs for local higher education institutions. We are a member of the Stakeholder Council of VNTU, VNAU, and Vasyl Stus DonNU.

Robotics and programming for schoolchildren
A joint project with the regional state administration is the winner of the EU competition. Schools received 10 Arduino robotics kits and 1 laptop, as well as access to educational programs.
